CHAMPION TRAINING CAMPS

 SEPTEMBER 29- October 1, 2017

This camp is designed to give each wrestler a full wrestling experience and prepare them for the season. Our goal is to teach wrestlers the importance of being a well-rounded athlete. We will cover technique, strength, speed, balance, intensity, dieting, being mentally tough, getting good grades, and more! By the end of the weekend, wrestlers will know and understand the tools it takes to become a champion.

I’ve been involved with wrestling for over 25 years and am committed to helping each wrestler reach and exceed their goals. Please come to camp prepared and ready to push yourself physically and mentally.

CAMP IS OPEN TO ANY AND ALL WRESTLERS (closed after 40 wrestlers)

WHEN: September 29- October 1 (Fri-Sun)

WHERE: Spatola Wrestling/ 90 Alexandria Pike. Fort Thomas, KY 41075

COST: $125 for Commuter (includes lunch on Saturday)

$ 175 for Resident (includes housing and all meals)
