2026 ADVENTURE CAMP July 8-12

This camp is a unique blend of training, learning new technique skills, and traveling for Wrestling! Coach Nick and company will coach and mentor your wrestler all week long! The goal of this camp is to give each wrestler a lasting experience that will make him/her a more complete & competitive wrestler in the future.

We will take all wrestlers to North Carolina for 3 days 2 nights, stay at Gorgeous Stay 11044 U.S. Hwy 19, Bryson City, NC 28713 We will join another local wrestling team.

WHERE: Spatola Wrestling Facility (90 Alexandria Pike. Fort Thomas, KY 41075) All campers will sleep at the facility

WHEN: JULY 8-12 (check-in Wednesday 5:30-6:30PM) (we will head back home on Sunday. Anticipated arrival is evening.)

Wednesday Practice 7-8:30

Thursday

7:30am———Wake up

8:00am———Breakfast

9-11am———Practice (conditioning, technique, drilling)

12:00pm——-Lunch

1:30-3:30pm–Practice (skills & drills, technique, drilling)

5:30pm———Dinner

7-8:30pm——Practice (warm up, live wrestling)

9:30pm———Movie and Activities

10:45pm——-Lights out

Friday leave for NC Adventure at 9 am

Practice 4:30 pm to 6:3o pm at Swain County High School

7:00 pm Check in at Gorgeous Stay – Dinner and Activities

Saturday

9:00 – 10:30 am —–Practice 1

10:30 -11:00 am —–Snack break

11:00am – 12:30pm —–Practice 2

1pm- 4:30 pm——- Lunch and Tubing deep Creek

6pm———Dinner and Activities at Gorgeous Stay

Sunday

9 am —– Dual Meet with NC Team and head back to Spatola’s
